Some things you cannot buy off a shelf. A countertop cut for the run you actually have. A bookcase built into the wall instead of leaning against it. A table sized for your room rather than a showroom floor. That work gets built in the shop and installed by the same person who built it.
What we build

Countertops and island tops in solid hardwood, cut to the run you actually have, finished and installed.
Built-ins
Shelving, bookcases, window benches, mantels and floating shelves — built into the wall instead of leaning against it.
Furniture
Tables, benches, entertainment centers and one-off pieces sized for your room.
Furniture repair
Loose joints, broken rails, replacement parts. If it is made of wood, it can usually be fixed.
Custom work is priced off the drawing and the material, so there is no list price to publish. Send photos and rough measurements and you get a real number back, not a range. If the piece has to fit an existing space, a short site visit usually pays for itself in avoided guesswork.
When custom isn't the right answer
If you need eight matching chairs, or enough cabinet boxes to fill a kitchen, a production shop will beat us on price and we will tell you so.
Custom is worth it when the piece has to fit a specific space, match something you already own, or hold up to something a factory piece wouldn't.

How it works

- You get a drawing and a free written estimate, with labor and materials as separate lines.
- We build it in the shop and install it — and haul the old piece away if there is one.
- Text or email is easiest — you'll hear back from Geoffrey directly.
